Lucky Knits (PVT) Ltd. is our latest addition to Yunus- Karim's Group and it was established in 2004. This company is a totally vertical facililty for knit garments with an initial installed capacity of 800,000 lbs. a month and phase II would be scheduled for June 2006 for 2 million lbs capacity per month. We are one of the largest vertically integrated manufacturing companies with a wide variety of fabrics and products.

This facility is set up with the latest state of the art equipment including Toyota Stand Up Clusters and 450 employees. This plant is an excellent example of our Group's manufacturing flexibility, dedicated to multi-style products. Through our overseas offices in the United States, we offer door to door (Landed Duty Paid) service to and from anywhere in the USA with complete infrastructure including Engineering, Production Management, Quality Control, Warehousing and Distribution for products from different customers. We keep a daily communication with all of our customers to provide immediate response to their needs. We also provide weekly reports specifying the status of each production order in our facilities.

As part of our growth plan, Grupo Karims pursued the expansion of its manufacturing infrastructure in Mexico, located in the state of Campeche, just 2 hours away from Merida, Yucatan; this region offered a great potential to grow. Grupo Karims has worked along with the local authorities in developing sites for apparel and real estate. The cooperation between Campeche's government, in promoting their region, and our expertise, in manufacturing and apparel, has led to the opening of many facilities, including our own.

Three of our most modern facilities are located in the state of Campeche, Mexico. The first plant has an area of 6,000 square meters, and it is currently manufacturing tops and bottoms for JC Penney and Medline Industries. It has 600 employees with a capacity of 20,000 dozens per week.
