I would like to express my extreme contentment and excitement for our new regional office established in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.  We have established this branch in order to set our first steps in the Middle East and GCC countries by building a strong and centralized base.  American Emirates is our local U.A.E branch of Expert Consulting Services, (Miami, Florida, USA) which is a subsidiary of GrupoKarim’s of Central & North America. 

Our team has always proven dedicated responsiveness to project requirements.  Fresh innovative approaches to the design process and continued commitments to the needs of our clients have earned our team an impeccable reputation in the industry.  Our performance record includes experience in projects having wide ranges of scope and complexity.  We have a reputation for working with construction managers at risk project delivery system and have been continuously able to exceed expectations for design excellence within the initial fixed budgets.

Responsiveness, availability, commitment, constant communication and full team involvement are the cornerstones of our success in projects delivery.  We have been well-placed as one of the pioneers in the healthcare, commercial, and residential sectors in the U.S and are forecasting the same initiative and performance over the coming years for our office in Abu Dhabi.

Expert Consulting Services (ECS) founded in 1998 is a consulting and engineering firm located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, U.S.A.

ECS as its known provides consulting and engineering services in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design.  It is our goal to provide consistent, effective and efficient engineering designs on time and on budget to satisfied clients.

ENGINEERING SERVICES

I.  HVAC SYSTEMS DESIGN

ECS has an extensive experience in the design of modern HVAC systems ranging from sophisticated residential systems to complex commercial/industrial applications utilizing the state of art technologies. Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) concerns and the ongoing drive for efficient energy utilization are major factors in our designs. We use state of the art software and the methods to perform heat loads and energy calculations.

II. ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS DESIGN

The cost, reliability and quality of electric energy are increasing concerns for most business owners, especially those with almost total dependence upon their technology-based business systems. We have extensive expertise in determining requirements and specifications for backup generators, uninterruptible power systems (UPS), power conditioning, and lighting protection systems. State of the art software provides us with the ability to perform detailed power system and fault current analysis. • PLUMBING & MEDICAL GAS SYSTEMS DESIGN
  ECS has been a leader in designing the most complex plumbing and medical systems.  We have worked under conditions of high space constraints and have managed to deliver exceptional designs in space utilization.  ECS designs are in full compliance with ASPE and AIA guidelines and their implementation have never failed to fully satisfy our respectable clients. 
  
  
• FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS DESIGN
  ECS is a member of the National Fire Protection Association and strictly applies NFPA code standards and guidelines to all our designs. Our fire protection solutions are based on careful evaluation of client need and assessment of viable alternatives. Our experience includes designing many types of detection, alarm and assessment of viable alternatives. Our experience includes designing many types of detection, alarm and extinguishing systems including water sprinkler, inert gases and chemical methods.
