A 15 Megawatt Co-Generation facility is located at Green Valley Industrial Park, providing energy, steam & chilled water to our tenants. This is the Group’s first development in this field set as a joint venture with Parkdale Mills. Grupo Karims is working thoroughly to develop other energy generation project in the near future, such as Hydroelectric and Biomass projects, increasing our total energy production and promoting the use of our natural resources.
